The Transportation Disadvantaged
Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) is an advisory group serving the
Volusia County MPO by providing information, advice, and direction
regarding the coordination of services provided to the
transportation disadvantaged community. Meetings of the TDLCB
provide a forum for discussing the transportation issues that
affect disadvantaged travelers. These groups may include
physically impaired or financially disadvantaged citizens, elderly
residents, or children.
The group meets at the Volusia County Mobility Management Center (VOTRAN)
at 10:30 AM on the second Wednesday of every other month. At the
meetings, the TDLCB addresses a wide variety of issues affecting
the transportation disadvantaged community, including fixed route
and paratransit services in Volusia County. For additional
information regarding the activities or membership of the TDLCB
please contact the MPO staff.
