The Volusia County MPO, in partnership with the City of New Smyrna Beach and the Flagler Avenue Merchants, will hold the 4th Annual Safety Awareness Day Event in conjunction with the Seaside Fiesta.

The Volusia County MPO Participated in the Port Orange Family Days Celebration Event
 

The Volusia County MPO participated in the Port Orange Family Day event which was held on October 6, 2007.  Free bicycle helmets were fitted and distributed to the children who visited the MPO's booth.  Click on the pictures below to enlarge.

The MPO wishes to thank the City of Port Orange, Port Orange Family Days Community Trust, Florida Department of Transportation-District 5 Safety Office, Volusia Community Traffic Safety Teams and Wal-Mart Super Center #582 in Port Orange for their support of our safety program.
